An entrepreneur has to attend on several duties

An entrepreneur has to:

  • sign an additional contract with PIPELINE ventures GmbH
  • publish a shareholder report once a year
  • do a shareholder voting about the listing or de-listing of his project on CouchTycoon
  • do a shareholder voting about the use of the venture´s net income for the year
