I've been a residential and small business computer & technology consultant for more than 10 years. The one thing that everyone needs to do, but doesn't, is backup their data. It's too difficult, to time consuming, or too frustrating to do properly that nobody does it. DatSure is a company I've founded to fix all that and so far.. it's working.

I want to create a social network made for all all ages 13 and up. The difference in the network that I want to create from the others is that it will be using Flash and Ajax, to create a faster more joyful experience.

- the place was run for 15 years by a bodybuilder and is very well known
- ~150-180 m2
- ~40 members paying 40 euros (~55 USD) per month
- ~2k euro fixed costs per month (without staff)

- 5-10k euro for the equipment and furniture
- 5-10k euro for the refurbishment

I´d like to start a business in the vacation sector.

My idea is to buy flats/appartements in hot cities like London, New York, Milan, etc. in the best streets in the respective cities to operate them as suites in competition to normal hotels.
The advantage for visitors is that they get a 2-room designer suite for the price of a low cost hotel!
